Product Description

Vt3cx10000d3 series cermet coaxial structure, thorium tungsten cathode, medium power forced air cooled triode. The maximum operating frequency is 120mhz, the maximum anode dissipation is 12KW, and the maximum output power is 33kw for continuous operation and 50KW for pulse operation. It is mainly used for industrial high-frequency heating, pulse oscillator, etc., and can be interchanged with 3cx1000000d3/itk12-1 electronic tube produced by eimac company of the United States.
