Zktc-2008 cold cathode trigger tube is an inflatable trigger tube with metal ceramic sealing structure. This tube has small volume, light weight, solid structure, and can withstand severe environmental conditions, such as sharp impact, strong vibration, great acceleration, temperature difference of more than 120 ℃. It can be used as an ignition switch for precise timing and ignition in a variety of devices. It is a good special safety ignition device. The tube can also be used as Kerr box switch and pucker box switch in pulse forming technology, automatic control technology and laser technology.

High temperature test: t= (70 ± 2) ℃, test after holding t=30min;
Low temperature test: t= (-55 ± 3) ℃, test after holding t=30min;
Temperature cycling test: -50 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, cycling for 3 times, duration of 1 hour, conversion time ≤ 5 minutes;
Moisture proof test: low temperature 25 ℃, high temperature 65 ℃, relative humidity 90% - 98%, 48 hours;
Vibration test: in non working state, a=100m/s2, a=0.75mm, f= (55 ~ 2000) Hz, t=10min, axial and radial three times respectively;

matters needing attention
1) Keep the shell clean and dry during use to prevent leakage along the shell during application. The end of the exhaust pipe shall not be touched or soldered.
2) Check the actual application line before use to ensure that the line is normal before use
3) Ensure that all connecting ends of the pipe are well connected during installation.
4) Before disassembling the pipe, it must be fully discharged to prevent electric shock. |
